Making great wine is part science, part art, and all care and attention. From choosing the right orientation of the vines in the field, to selecting the right wood for the barrels, every decision is revealed in the wine. This is the story of Coventina, and the choices made at every step to create extraordinary wines that capture the essence of nature’s bounty.

Coventina wines are the liquid essence of streaming sunlight, clear water, superior grapes, and the rich earth from which they grow. The beauty of the finished product reflects the winemaker’s respect for nature and the care taken to transform these qualities into the texture, aroma, color, and taste of a premium wine that nourishes heart and soul.

We believe the greatest wines come from the strongest talents. At Coventina, we’ve assembled an all-star team of vintners, vineyard directors, and operations managers. Our collective decisions, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, guide the wines towards an honest expression of terroir and realized potential.

To that end, at every step of the process of growing, cultivating, and handcrafting our wine, Coventina is guided by the following values:
